Rexcalibur (レクスカリバー, Rexcalibur) is the most powerful wind tome in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. The wind counterpart to Rexflame and Rexbolt, it was found by Aimee as the Greil Army travelled to the Tower of Guidance, who gave it to Ike. It reappears in Awakening, here downgraded to act instead as a wind counterpart to Thoron and Bolganone.
Rexcalibur does also exist in Path of Radiance, the predecessor of Radiant Dawn, but is unused. The spell is largely complete and, had it been implemented into the final game, would have served the same purposeas it did in Radiant Dawn, as the most powerful wind tome of the game. If one modifies their game by way of an Action Replay or similar device to gain access to it, it is in an almost complete and functional state and can be used by anyone with an S rank in wind magic; however, the map spell animation for it is incomplete.[1]

Fimbulvetr |
From the Fimbulvetr (Old Norse: "great winter"), the three unyielding winters preceding Ragnarökr in Norse mythology. It was likely changed to this to try and line the tome up with the earlier Anima tome of the same name. |
