Appearance(s)

General Septimus! Gutless coward! Are you scared of these worthless sub- humans?!
— Silvano

Silvano (Japanese: シジオウ Sidiau) is a soldier in the service of the Imperial Army of Begnion, and a subordinate of General Septimus. He was on deployment with Septimus at Fort Flaguerre, near Begnion's border, at the beginning of the war between Begnion and the Laguz Alliance, and after Septimus fled Flaguerre out of panic about the laguz, he led the defense of the fort from a late-night raid by Skrimir, Ranulf, and Ike.

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn

Role

Silvano is the boss of the Part III, Prologue. He is standing on the objective point at the gate of Flaguerre, and he must be defeated to allow Skrimir to arrive at the objective point and clear the chapter.

Unlike most bosses in Radiant Dawn, Silvano is not designated as the commander of his faction, the Imperial Army, for the purposes of the authority stat.

Personality

Silvano sees Septimus as a coward and is frustrated by his constant panicking about the possibility of a laguz attack every evening, although to his face he tries to be polite about it.[1] Sharing the common racist attitude toward laguz, he is very dismissive of them and does not understand how Septimus could be so terrified of them.[2] He also believes that Ike and the Greil Mercenaries owe Begnion their loyalty for the help Begnion provided them in the Mad King's War.

— Silvano, as the boss of the Part III, Prologue in Radiant Dawn.
Silvano: Who are you, swine? Why do you side with sub-humans?
Ike: I'm Ike of the Greil Mercenaries.
Silvano: I know that name. Have you forgotten the apostle's kindness? Thankless fool! You shall pay with your life!

— Silvano, when fighting Ike in the Part III, Prologue of Radiant Dawn.

Death quotes

Sub-humans... You dare to fight Begnion? There's no hope for you now. This will be your end. Mark...my words...
