===Role=== | ===Role=== | ||
Midori is Kaze's daughter, becoming recruitable after he marries. (In the ''Birthright'' storyline, due to plot reasons, she cannot be recruited until after [[Wolfskin Peak|Chapter 15]].) Like the other children of Corrin and their companions, Midori was placed in the Deeprealms upon her birth in order to protect her from the war. Time in the Deeprealms flows much faster than time outside it, and Midori reached young adulthood in a short span of time. | |||
In her paralogue, Midori leaves her Deeprealm to obtain rare herbs for her father, but a [[Candace|greedy thief]] steals the herbs. Corrin, Kaze, and company arrive in time to help her catch the thief. Afterwards, Midori explains that she was eager to get the herbs back quickly because they only grow once a year, and waiting another year would be waiting forever back in her Deeprealm. Upon realizing this, Kaze apologizes to Midori for the way she was always lonely without her parents, and allows her to stay with the group. Midori remains with Corrin and the others thereafter. | |||

“ | But I do hope I'll be there soon. I wouldn't want to keep Father waiting. He's going to be so happy that I found the rare herb he wanted! | ” | — Midori, in Herbal Remedy. |
---|
Midori (Japanese: ミドリコ Midoriko) is a character in Fire Emblem Fates. The daughter of Kaze, Midori grew up in a secluded realm.
Fire Emblem Fates
Role
Midori is Kaze's daughter, becoming recruitable after he marries. (In the Birthright storyline, due to plot reasons, she cannot be recruited until after Chapter 15.) Like the other children of Corrin and their companions, Midori was placed in the Deeprealms upon her birth in order to protect her from the war. Time in the Deeprealms flows much faster than time outside it, and Midori reached young adulthood in a short span of time.
In her paralogue, Midori leaves her Deeprealm to obtain rare herbs for her father, but a greedy thief steals the herbs.
