Phila was a high ranking member of the Ylissean pegasus knights. She played a semi-important advisory role until chapter 9, in which she perishes in an attempt to rescue Emmeryn. After her death she becomes irrelevant to the plot and isn't mentioned again.

Phila's stats are unknown as she immediately dies after appearing in the conclusion of chapter 9.
Personality and character
Phila was a dedicated Falcon Knight of Ylisse. She adored the exalt Emmeryn. In her appearances she spoke with an air of formality with all her superiors.

- Her character may be intended to parallel the character Annand from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, who died defending her queen from a large group of bow wielders as well.
