“ | To become a Brave Hero, you need more than raw power or skill. Anyone can train up their talents, after all. People must believe in them for more than their strength, so these Heroes must lead lives that truly inspire. When that happens, they'll be lifted even higher. In a way, Brave Heroes are born from the wishes of mankind. But Embla wants to force these Heroes under their control—and only we can stop them. So, move out! | ” | — Anna |

Brave Heroes is the eleventh available paralogue chapter of Fire Emblem Heroes.
This chapter was added to the game as part of an update released on August 31, 2017, alongside its featured characters, and a number of related quests, which were available until the Diabolical Bloodline update was released on September 15. The update that this chapter being added to the game was part of was the culmination of the Choose Your Legends event that took place prior to the game's launch.

Trivia
- The character variants added to the game in this update were initially mistaken as being limited-time promotional character variants, such as those that were part of updates such as Spring Festival or Nohrian Summer, by a sizable portion of the fandom, despite the accompanying summoning event being touted as a "New Heroes" banner as opposed to a "Special Heroes" banner; this was primarily due to there being no precedent for such variants being permanent fixtures in the summoning pools prior to the variants introduced in this update.
