“ | Some of our kingdom's subjects objected when I joined this order. But I wanted to do my part. Still, there are others who say that I don't behave quite like a prince ought to anyway. | ” | — Alfonse |

Alfonse (Japanese: アルフォンス Alfons) is a prince of the Kingdom of Askr, a member of the Order of Heroes, and the main character of Fire Emblem Heroes. He seeks to protect his kingdom against the Emblian Empire. Along with his sister, Sharena, he is commanded by Anna, the leader of the Order of Heroes.
Fire Emblem Heroes
Role
Alfonse is a main character with his sister Sharena and his commander Anna in Fire Emblem Heroes and one of the first playable characters.
There are two different variations of Alfonse available to Heroes, all of which are tied to his storyline appearance in Heroes. The normal variation of Alfonse is one of the characters available from the game's initial launch; prior to version 2.5, the normal variation of Alfonse began the game as a two-star unit, whereas players who first begin the game after the release of version 2.5 have him begin the game as a four-star unit instead. A spring variation of Alfonse was made available between the period of March 22, 2018 through April 22, 2018 as part of the summoning event surrounding the Hares at the Fair update.
