Fargus (Japanese: ファーガス Fergus) is the captain of the Davros, a pirate ship, and a key NPC in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade serving as means for Eliwood, Hector, Lyn, and their army to reach the Dread Isle.
Fargus is first met at the inn in the port of Badon in chapter 16xE/chapter 17xH, where Eliwood and Hector speak to him about passage to the Dread Isle, initially requesting a fee of 100,000 gold for his services. As Eliwood and Hector deliberate at either using the local arena to raise the money, or either selling some of their goods to have enough gold, one of Fargus's pirates, Dart, tell them they can get his services for free if they can get past his pirates (and, in the process, revealing he wasn't actually after their money), who have swarmed all over town (intermixing with some Black Fang adversaries), and speak to him; as such, Fargus serves as the nominal boss of the chapter. Even so much as attacking Fargus, much less defeating him, will result in a Game Over.
Once Fargus's services are obtained, he'll sail the army to the Dread Isle during the events of chapter 17E/chapter 18H; once on land, he'll send Dart to join the player's army as his representative. Fargus is seen once again at the start of chapter 30E/chapter 32H, again having sailed the player's army to the Dread Isle.

Trivia
- Fargus is one of only two bosses in The Blazing Blade whose stats differ between the Normal and Hard difficulties in Eliwood's tale, the other being Limstella. Interestingly, Fargus's stats on Eliwood Hard are quite a bit higher than on Hector Hard, as a result of him getting autolevels due to an oversight. This characteristic is shared with Maxime on Hector Hard.
