===Analysis=== | |||
analysis | |||
Hermina is the substitute of Fee and joins in Chapter 6 as a level 2 Pegasus Knight. Hermina has Adept, allowing her to strike twice, though unreliably; her lack of Follow-Up significantly limits her combat potential. A promotion to Falcon Knight normally grants Adept, but as Hermina already has Adept as a personal skill, she gains no additional skills; however, by having Adept earlier, she is able to utilize it earlier. Promotion additionally grants A lances and swords and C staves. As Hermina is fast but lacks Follow-Up, she can utilize the Follow-Up Ring to double consistently; she can also use brave weapons such as the Brave Lance to consistently strike twice.
Hermina has no significant advantages over Fee, who is subject to inheritance. Hermina has more reliable base stats, but she is unlikely to have significantly higher strength and speed than Fee. Fee will always inherit Follow-Up from Erinys, and will have more reliable combat than Hermina as a result; she can gain additional skills from her father—including Adept—that improve her combat further. Fee can inherit items from her parents, allowing her to start with and immediately begin utilizing powerful weapons such as the Brave Lance or weapons with a kill bonus. Additionally, Fee can inherit Holy Blood from her father, boosting her growth rates and potentially increasing one of her weapon levels.
Another problem with Hermina is her low HP and resistance growths. As fliers, she and Altena ensure Tyrfing can be obtained in Chapter 10. However, at her level 30 averages, the Dark Mages there defeat Hermina in three hits, while she is only able to defeat them in one round with a Silver Lance and an unreliable Adept activation; otherwise, she needs rings (a Power Ring enables one-rounds with a Brave Lance, and the Follow-Up Ring enables one-rounds with weaker weapons) or a critical hit from a weapon with a kill bonus. This presents a problem if Altena is dead or unrecruited, as Hermina alone is not enough to save Tyrfing without heavy investment or relying on inconsistent strategies.

Hermina (Japanese: フェミナ Femina) is the substitute character for Fee. She had been told stories of Sigurd as a child, and always looked up to him. Upon hearing of their rebellion in Isaach, she joins Seliph's liberation while looking for her brother Hawk.

The two met up with Seliph, and she introduced herself as the daughter of one of Sigurd's allies and mentioned they may encounter Hawk along the way.

Hermina is the substitute of Fee and joins in Chapter 6 as a level 2 Pegasus Knight.
Personality
Hermina shares a lot of dialogue with Fee. She found the story of Sigurd particularly inspirational and a drive for her to join Seliph's revolution.[1][2] She also is inspired by Erinys.[3] She admires Hawk's assistance to the people of Munster, as well.[4]
