Brightmare Horn (Japanese: 夏夜の悪夢の角 Summer Night's Nightmare Horn) is a weapon skill in the colorless beast category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of the summer variation of Freyja. Brightmare Horn is a skill that, in addition to boosting its user's Speed at all times, further boosts its user's Attack, Speed, Defense, and Resistance during combat if the user's HP is sufficiently high, and also reduces the target's damage output based on how much faster the user is than the target. Additionally, if the target's HP is sufficiently high and is transformed, any effects that would prevent the user from making a follow-up strike is neutralized.

If user's HP is 25% or higher, boosts user's Attack, Speed, Defense, and Resistance by +5 each during combat and, if user's Speed is higher than target's, reduces target's damage output from attacks and area-of-effect special skills (excluding those associated with Røkkr Sieges) by (difference between user's and target's Speed × 4; maximum 40)%.
If user's HP is 25% or higher and user is transformed, neutralizes effects that would prevent user from making a follow-up strike.
At start of user's phase, transforms user if user is untransformed and not adjacent to a human ally, or untransforms user if user is transformed and adjacent to a human ally. On a turn where user transforms, user's Attack is boosted by an additional +2 and, if user initiates combat, reduces target's Attack and Defense by -4 each during combat and target cannot make a follow-up strike.
