A plant that restores 10 HP when consumed.

Type

Item

First game

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn

The Herb (Japanese: 薬草 Medicinal Plants) is a healing item exclusive to Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. The Herb acts as the basic means of HP restoration in Radiant Dawn, being the item that restores 10 HP, a role taken by the Vulnerary in other games of the series.

The Herb's role eventually served as the basis for the joke items Used Potion in New Mystery of the Emblem and Sweet Tincture in Awakening, both of which also heal less than the Vulnerary in their respective games. Unlike the Used Potion and Sweet Tincture, the Herb itself is not a joke item.
