The Chakram (Japanese: 朧 Moon's Haze) is a regalia shuriken debuting in Fire Emblem Fates. As an S-ranked shuriken, it is a powerful weapon capable of providing strong debuffs against whatever it hits, and also makes it easier for the wielder to make a follow-up attack on their turn. However, it reduces its user's defenses and ability to avoid attacks, as well as making it easier for the enemy to follow-up attack them. Only Master Ninjas may acquire the requisite weapon rank to use it.
