He declares that their next objective will be to liberate Fhirdiad from the rebel Faerghus forces. At the end of the month, Dimitri marches for Fhirdiad, causing the oppressed citizens to revolt against [[Cornelia]]'s tyranny. Unable to divert forces to suppress the rebellion in the face of Dimitri's army, Cornelia grumbles about how he and [[Edelgard]] should have just killed each other and deploys [[Titanus]] to face him. Her forces buckle, Dimitri reclaims Fhirdiad, and Cornelia is mortally wounded. Before dying, she implicates Dimitri's stepmother [[Patricia]] in the [[Tragedy of Duscur]] and confesses to helping orchestrate the massacre. Afterwards, Dimitri decides to force the treasonous nobles back into his service and continue to investigate the Tragedy. The civilians of Fhirdiad joyously welcome Dimitri home and celebrate his return, much to his shock. Plot

As the Faerghus army discusses recent events in the wake of Gronder, Dimitri arrives and apologizes for his selfish actions in the pursuit of his revenge. He declares that their next objective will be to liberate Fhirdiad from the rebel Faerghus forces.
