The Dungeon (Japanese: 地下牢獄 Dungeon Prison) is the fourth chapter of Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. In order to play the sidequest after, you must have all civilians escape in this chapter.
Plot
- Main article: The Dungeon/Script
Leif and Lifis are arrested by Raydrik and imprisoned, while Eyvel is taken away to meet Mareeta and Nanna. A group of rebels led by Brighton arrive to break out Leif and several other prisoners. As they escape, Manfroy, Veld, Ishtar, and Julius meet to discuss the child hunts. Manfroy orders Veld and the generals of Friege to capture the children of Tahra. Ishtar explains that many Friege nobles, including Bloom and Ishtore, are protesting against the child hunts, and begs Manfroy to stop them. Julius dismisses her concerns.
Beginning log
Falling into the hands of Raydrik, Leif was taken away by Imperial forces to Munster.
Munster was under the rule of the Friege family, a house of nobles put in charge of
Northern Thracia by the emperor of Grannvale. Raydrik, who was once a general
of the Kingdom of Conote, was assigned watch of Munster by Lord Bloom of the Friege family.
Leif had no idea of what he was about to witness...

Item data
There are 16 chests in this chapter. Four of them will contain a Javelin, Steel Sword, a Rapier, and a Vulnerary. The remaining 12 chests will contain 12 of the 14 items that Leif and Lifis carried in the previous chapter. If Leif and Lifis carried 13 or 14 items combined, one or two of the items (including the above four) will randomly be deleted. The locations of every item in each chest will be random.

Strategy
This section details unofficial strategies that may help with completion of the chapter. This may not work for everybody.
|
It is highly recommended that you try to save the children due to the side chapter afterwards having an amazing unit: Asvel. Try to focus on unlocking the bottom right room first so that you get your second thief, Lifis (if you recruited him in 2x), and buying some time so that you can unlock all of the chests. You will have to share a single lockpick between Lara and Lifis until you get your second one, either by getting it by chance in one of the chests you can find amongst your other stolen items in the chests of Manster.
Every turn, more and more soldiers will spawn in one of the three corridors, so try to move as one squad.
