The Arms Scroll (Japanese: 術書 Technique Book) is an item that first appeared in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and has appeared in every game from Path of Radiance to Fates. Its purpose is to raise weapon levels by one level. In most of its appearances, only the weapon type belonging to the currently equipped weapon may be boosted in this way; in Awakening and Fates, however, the Arms Scroll will increase the levels of all weapon types available to the user's current class. It can be seen as a successor to the Manual item found in Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light and Mystery of the Emblem.
