Flowery Scroll

Flowery Scroll is a weapon skill in the red tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of the ninja variation of Camilla. Flowery Scroll is a regardless-of-phase brave weapon skill that accelerates the user's special skill cooldown count and boosts the user's Defense and Resistance but at the cost of a steep drop to the user's Speed, and allows its user to make their counterstrike before the target's initial strike in target-initiated combat should the user have higher Resistance between the two.
