Fell War Tome

Fell War Tome (Japanese: 戦神の魔書 War god's magic book) is a red tome-type weapon skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the young version of male Robin. When its user initiates combat or is near an ally, Fell War Tome damages the foe before combat, boosts the user's stats based on their maximum special cooldown count, reduces the damage of the foe's first attack, neutralizes effects reducing the user's special cooldown charge, and neutralizes damage-reducing effects if the user's maximum special cooldown count is high and their special triggers; additionally, if the user initiates combat, it applies Divine Vein (Flame) to spaces around the foe after combat.
