Weissmann (or Wiseman, or whatever) is the first boss of Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. He takes a bunch of people hostage because he's an asshole, and then you kill him.

Weissmann is a random-ass guy serving Raydrik. In chapter 1, he captures the villagers of Fiana plus Nanna and Mareeta on Raydrik's orders. Then Leif and co. show up, and Eyvel sticks him like a pig.
