Scepter of Love (Japanese: 愛の祭器 Love Festival Ceremonial Scepter) is a weapon skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of the Valentine's variation of Alm. Scepter of Love is a skill that, in addition to boosting its user's Speed at all times, applies an unusual method of damage calculations if its user has either an active skill-granted bonus or 70% or higher HP; it applies a bonus to the user's Attack based on a quarter of its target's Defense, while applying a penalty to its target's Attack based on a quarter of its target's Resistance.
