Orlo (Japanese: オロ) is an Elimine bishop hired by Etruria to supervise the mines of Mount Eburacum on the Western Isle of Fibernia, and the boss of chapter 11 of the northern route of Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. Contrary to his profession as a bishop, Orlo is a man who works the miners tough; as Orlo has sold himself out to Bern, he sends his band after Roy's army upon their arrival. To help further the chaos, he also sends bandits and Ilian mercenaries as distractions. Roy's army makes it through all the chaos and eventually defeats Orlo.
