Duality Vessel is a weapon skill in the colorless tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of the New Year's variation of Askr. Duality Vessel is a skill that, in addition to accelerating the cooldown count for its user's special skills, activates a multitude of effects while within proximity of any allies: boosts to the user's stats during combat, a guaranteed follow-up strike, reducing the target's special skill cooldown count per strike, reducing the target's damage output from attacks based on the user's Defense, and additionally reducing the target's damage output for area-of-effect special skills based on the difference between the user's and target's Defense should the user's Defense be higher.

If user is within three spaces of any allies, boosts user's Attack, Speed, Defense, and Resistance by +5 each during combat, user makes a guaranteed follow-up strike, reduces the target's special skill cooldown count by -1 per strike, reduces the target's damage output from attacks by 20% of user's Defense, and reduces the target's damage output for area-of-effect special skills by (difference between user's and target's Defense × 1.5) if user's Defense is higher than target's.
