The Hexing Rod is present as a skill on one card in Fire Emblem Cipher: B03-069R Starry-Eyed Priestess, Mitama. It is a manual-activation skill which, for a cost of flipping 1 bond card, allows Mitama to expend her turn in exchange for forcing the opponent to put the contents of their Retreat Area back into their deck, then shuffle the deck.
