Starfish

Starfish (Japanese: ヒトデ Starfish) is a weapon skill in the dagger category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. The Starfish is a skill that allows its wielder to make an immediate follow-up prior to the target's counterattack should the wielder's HP be three-quarters or less when initiating combat.
