The ''Shadow Dragon'' soundtrack and Sound Room feature 63 songs. Though the game is a remake, a surprisingly large portion of the ''Shadow Dragon'' soundtrack consists of songs not found in {{title|Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light}} or {{title|Mystery of the Emblem}} Book 1. The soundtrack for the original games was comparatively rather small and limited, necessitating the expansion of the soundtrack with a large number of new themes.

The soundtrack was given a Japan-only album release in December 2008: the "[[Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon Original Soundtrack|''Fire Emblem: Shin Ankoku Ryuu to Hikari no Ken'' Original Soundtrack]]". The album contains the game's full soundtrack, but not in the same order as the Sound Room - it appears to have been ordered roughly in chronological order of appearance in-game.

The Sound Room in use

In Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon, the Sound Room is unlocked by completing the game once on any difficulty. All songs are unlocked once the sound room is.

As with almost every game since Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade, the Sound Room displays CG images from within the game while in use. It does not display the few images used in the opening sequence.

The Shadow Dragon soundtrack and Sound Room feature 63 songs. Though the game is a remake, a surprisingly large portion of the Shadow Dragon soundtrack consists of songs not found in Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light or Mystery of the Emblem Book 1. The soundtrack for the original games was comparatively rather small and limited, necessitating the expansion of the soundtrack with a large number of new themes.

The soundtrack was given a Japan-only album release in December 2008: the "Fire Emblem: Shin Ankoku Ryuu to Hikari no Ken Original Soundtrack". The album contains the game's full soundtrack, but not in the same order as the Sound Room—it appears to have been ordered roughly in chronological order of appearance in-game.
