An item that allows promoted units of level 10 or higher to upgrade classes. For beorc only.

First game

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn

The Master Crown is a promotion item exclusive to Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. The Master Crown serves to promote units in second-tier classes to their third-tier class. In the Japanese version, this serves as the only means of reaching the third-tier class; international versions allow characters in second-tier classes to reach third-tier upon reaching level 21, but retain the Master Crown as an option.

Not every unit can use a Master Crown: Micaiah, Sothe, and Ike reach their third-tier classes in scripted events in part 4, whereas Mist can (and, in the Japanese version, must) use her own special item, the Holy Crown.
