The Iron Star Axe (Japanese: 鉄の投撃斧 Iron Throw-attack Axe) is a ranged axe that debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. It is an enhanced-range variant of the Iron Axe, identical to it in every way except its ability to attack at 1-2 range. It is wielded exclusively by enemy units, giving them an advantage by allowing them to attack at range without the Hand Axe's drawbacks.
