The Ink Painting (Japanese: 虹の賢者の墨絵 Rainbow Sage's Ink Painting) is a scroll introduced in Fire Emblem Fates, existing outside the primary scroll hierarchy of Hoshido. The Ink Painting trades might for accuracy in comparison to the like-rank Rabbit Spirit, and also allows its wielder to deal extra damage when the enemy initiates the battle; this comes at the cost of the wielder being unable to double-attack, and use does take its toll on the wielder.
The Japanese version of Fates names this item for the enigmatic Rainbow Sage; international versions, however, downplay this scroll's connection to any character.

Trivia
- Ink Painting (as themed to the Rainbow Sage) is one of four character-themed weapons in Fates that does not have a hyphen in its commonly-used fan-translated name, the others being Felicia's Plate, Jakob's Tray, and Robin's Primer.
- Of these, Ink Painting is the only one in a Hoshido weapon type.
