Fire Emblem Cipher

Bloom Festal is a common skill in Fire Emblem Cipher, found on cards depicting members of Hoshidan healer classes. Characters who have cards with Bloom Festal include Sakura, Azama, and Mitama. The skill has the same effect on all of these cards: for a cost of flipping 2 bond cards, the user may choose one discarded card in their Retreat Area which does not depict the current user of the skill, and add that card to their hand. It works identically to the more common Heal skill present on the cards of non-Hoshidan healers.
