The Poison Ballista (Japanese: ポイズンアーチ Poison Arch) is a model of ballista present exclusively in Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. In that game, Poison Ballistae are—like all ballista variants—enemy-only and are used by units of a class specific to the weapon; they cannot be stolen owing to their immense weight. Enemies wielding poison ballistae have no movement and are effectively fixed in place. The Poison Ballista is unique as the only ballista in the Fire Emblem series capable of inflicting any status effect—in this case, poison, like the name implies.

- The Poison Ballista's icon is the same as the Killer Ballista's sprite from Genealogy of the Holy War, aside from Thracia 776's different item palette (which affects all icons).
