Orun is a character referenced in Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. He was the Marquess of Thria until shortly before Chapter 6 when he was assinated by his subordinate Wagner. Roy arrives in Thria looking to meet Orun whom he knows as a relative of Hector. Wagner keeps the charade up that Orun is still alive, but Roy quickly deduces the truth and defeats Wagner in Battle. In life, Orun was apparently a very kind individual as attested to by Roy. He also allowed Sue to seek refuge in his castle.
Trivia
- In fan translations Orun was mistakenly referred to as Hector's half brother, leading fans to wonder about his absence in the prequel Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. More accurate translations suggest he is actually Hector's cousin.
