Flametongue
From Fire Emblem Wiki, your source on Fire Emblem information. By fans, for fans.
Flametongue (灼熱のブレス, Scorching Breath) is the weapon wielded by the dragon final boss in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. It shares the icon of the Firestone from the preceding game, and is statistically very similar; it differs in that it nullifies the enemy's defense, possesses greater range and provides a larger increase to resistance.

Trivia
- Flametongue's secondary description, seen when the item is viewed in the Item menu (which cannot be done in normal gameplay), is "For Mamukoot only!". "Mamukoot" is obviously an early translation of "Mamkute" (Manakete), which suggests that at some stage the dragon was intended to appear as a Manakete or that Manaketes were planned to have a role in the game.
