Speed/Resistance Bulwark

Speed/Resistance Bulwark is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Spd/Res Bulwark 1, Spd/Res Bulwark 2, and Spd/Res Bulwark 3 in order from lowest to highest. Units with a Speed/Resistance Bulwark skill stop enemy units from moving through spaces within a distance from the user equal to the enemy's rage, unless equipped with a Pass skill, as well as dropping its target's Speed and Resistance during combat and restoring its user's HP afterward; the strength of the stat drops increases with the skill's tier.
