Ruler of Nihility (Japanese: 虚無の王 King of nothingness) is a passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; Ruler of Nihility comes in only one tier. Ruler of Nihility debuffs nearby enemies and prevents them from counterattacking; and if a foe's HP is high or they have an active penalty, it reduces their attack and defense]], and reduces the user's special cooldown count if their attack can trigger their special.
