Summon (Japanese: 召喚 Summon) is a skill exclusive to Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. Exclusive to the Summoner and Necromancer classes, by selecting the Summon command when moving, the skill's user can call forth a single controllable Phantom to aid in combat. The Phantom's stats are based on its creator's level, with its level matching that of the user and its stats increasing accordingly, but they will always have only 1 hit point and zero defensive stats. Each character's Phantom has their own set of growth rates to determine their stats when summoned.
The Demon King class also has exclusive access to a special variant of Summon, which has the ability to spawn a large number of random, powerful monsters. On the second stage of the Final Chapter, the Demon King Fomortiis, the final boss of the game, is scripted to always use Summon on the first turn.

Summoned unit stats
- Main article:
Phantom
For the phantom variant of Summon, the Phantom's stats are based on its creator's level, with its level matching that of the user and its stats increasing accordingly. Each character's Phantom has their own set of growth rates to determine their stats when summoned.
The monster variant of Summon summons a random selection of monsters in these classes: Entombed, Wight, Elder Bael, Gwyllgi, Maelduin, Arch Mogall, Gorgon, Deathgoyle, and Draco Zombie. All summoned members of the same species share one pre-set level and inventory (except for Wights, which come in three pre-set variants), but their stats are randomly generated within a certain range specific to each monster. The caster's stats have no influence at all on those of the monsters.
