Lull Speed/Resistance
Lull Speed/Resistance (Japanese: 速さ魔防の凪 Speed/Resistance Lull) is a four-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Lull Spd/Res 1, Lull Spd/Res 2, Lull Spd/Res 3, and Lull Spd/Res 4 in order from lowest to highest. Lull Spd/Res reduces the foe's speed and resistance and neutralizes their bonuses to those stats; the size of the stat drops increases with the skill's tier.
