Seeds of Unrest is the second chapter of Fire Emblem Engage's Fell Xenologue. Nel and Nil hope to maintain their alliance with parallel Alfred and Céline but when Alear arrives, the two Firenese royals believe Nel and Nil to be using fell dragon magic to for self gain and so, to put the Alear they believe is corrupted out of their misery, Alfed and Céline initiate a fight to kill them all.

Plot

Nel and Nil meet up with Zelestia, whom Alear recognizes as someone very similar from her own world. Nel and Nil then head to Firene castle to retrieve Emblem Hector. Alfred and Céline are next seen arguing over whether or not to invade Brodia for their resources to sustain their own people. Céline deviously manipulates her brother into making him believe that war is justified and so agrees to the invasion. Nel and Nil then enter the castle and begin negotiations for Emblem Hector with the Firenese royals but tensions rise, however, when Alfred and Céline begin to suspect the dragon twins of treachery against the divine dragon.
