Prayer Wheel (Japanese: 清冷の法具 Clear and cold ritual implement) is a weapon skill in the blue tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the Legendary Hero variant of Azura. When its user uses a performance skill ([[Dance, Sing, etc.), Prayer Wheel applies the highest bonus to any of the target's stats to all their stats.
