(Japanese: 荒れ狂う破濤 Raging Deluge) is the twelfth booster series released for Fire Emblem Cipher. It primarily features characters from the Tellius duology, Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, and Fire Emblem Awakening, and introducing new Cipher mascot Niamh into the cardpool. This series was released on March 22, 2018 in Japan. The retail price for individual booster packs is ¥350 plus tax.
This booster series is part of season 3, and will no longer be legal in competitive play sometime in mid-2021.
As with all of Cipher, the cards featured here has been printed only in Japanese and have only been released in Japan.
Overview
This booster series can be divided into one half and two quarters. The first half, consisting of cards 1-49, focuses primarily on characters from Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn and denoted with ; card 50 is colorless and thus lacks a denotation symbol, and depicts new Cipher mascot Niamh; the third quarter, consisting of cards 51-74, primarily focuses on characters from Awakening and denoted with ; the fourth quarter, consisting of cards 75-98, primarily focuses on characters from Genealogy of the Holy War and denoted with ; cards 99 and 100 are colorless and thus lack a denotation symbol, and depict the original Cipher mascots Emma and Shade.

The series features a total of 100 normal cards, 1 secret card, as well as 14 alternate foil prints.
