Draconic Pacts (Japanese: 邪痕と聖痕の竜血 Evil brand and holy brand's dragon blood) is a weapon skill in the blue tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of young version of female Robin. When its user uses or is targeted by a rally or movement assist skill, Draconic Pacts reduces its user's special cooldown count, inflicts Hush Spectrum on nearby enemies, and grants the user another action if they have already acted; additionally, if the user initiates combat or is near an ally, it reduces the foe's stats based on their maximum special cooldown count, reduces the damage of their first attack, and neutralizes effects that reduce the user's special cooldown charge.

If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-X on foe (X = 16 - foe's maximum Special cooldown count value × 2; min 8; if foe is not equipped with a Special, then X = 8), reduces damage from foe's first attack by 30% ("first attack" normally means only the first strike; for effects that grant "unit attacks twice," it means the first and second strikes), and neutralizes effects that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on unit during combat. 【Hush Spectrum】 Inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-5 on unit during combat. If unit's attack can trigger unit's Special, inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on unit before unit's first attack during combat (cannot exceed the unit's maximum Special cooldown).
