The Arcanist (Japanese: 妖術師 Magician) is a magical enemy-only class which debuted in Fire Emblem Gaiden.

As an enemy-exclusive class in Gaiden and its remake, Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, the Arcanist is not connected to any other class in a class change tree, although the Cantor class can be considered a stronger version of it.
