Dead-Crow Tome (Japanese: 魂なき鴉爪の書 Soulless crow talon's book) is a weapon skill in the blue tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of fallen version of Ursula. When its user's HP is not low, Dead-Crow Tome reduces its user's special cooldown count, grants a stat boost and Desperation to the user and nearby allies, boosts the user's stats and damage based on their speed, and neutralizes effects that negate their follow-up attacks; additionally, if their HP is full, it further reduces their special cooldown count and neutralizes effects that reduce their cooldown charge.
