Sacred Stones characters

The Line between generic, and unique character can sometimes be hard in Fire Emblem, but I think there's a good case for the Bandit mini boss in Chapter 5 being listed. My reasons include:

  • He has his own dialogue.
  • The Bandit's stats are set, and are noticeably higher then those of his fellow bandits in the same chapter.
  • The Bandit has a unique portrait, with even a chibi included, unlike the other Generics which have icons.
  • The Bandit has a set affinity(thunder), this is completely unlike Generics which have no affinity at all.
  • We have a page for the nameless Gra Captain, and one for Ruffian from the DS titles.
  • Generic boss monsters are included in the Sacred Stones character list.

Hmmm. Him having set stats is actually fairly convincing. My only misgiving is that it is a boss section on the page, and he doesn't have a boss marker(the little shield). That is my big hangup, he isn't actually a boss, going by the game. (...If I remember correctly, and I feel fairly sure he doesn't have the icon, does he give the boss exp bonus?) I do agree with your points otherwise, though, he has all the things to make himself a boss except for the game designating him as one. L95 (talk) 02:41, 18 November 2015 (UTC)

He doesn't have a shield symbol on his map sprite, but neither do several other GBA minibosses like Robarts(an Erik portrait edit boss in hard of FE6). Its a theory of mine that that Bandit would've had a name, and more dialogue, but it got cut for time. If there's no room for him in the boss section, do you think we could add as spot for the Sacred Stones bandit in an enemies section? On a related subject, guys like Breguet, and O'Neill have unique palettes in the data as seen when player controlled, but just use generic palettes in the final game. Emperor Hardin (talk) 03:25, 18 November 2015 (UTC)

Hmm, if we have minibosses like that on other boss lists, then add the bandit back. I was aware FE6 had unused boss palettes, so I'm not surprised to see that there are other bosses with that issue in other games. L95 (talk) 18:22, 18 November 2015 (UTC)

Thanks, I'll add him back. I wanna link to the uncreated character page rather then the FE9 bandit class. Thats interesting about FE6. I know with FE8 it seems most of the bosses have a default(Player)palette, but the problem is its overwritten by the generic red palette when an enemy unit. Thus Breguets gold armor turns red, O'neil's black uniform turns red, ETC. Most of the bosses with unique palettes like Aias, and the infamous Gheb have unchanging palettes no matter which side they're on. I bet FE6's issue was similar. Also I have a unused portrait from FE11 that I uploaded. I think its the slaver NPC in Linde's recruitment(who was removed in Shadow Dragon), or a generic Manakete, but it could be something else entirely. Arcadia

I believe the village was founded by Divine Dragons, but by the time of FE6, only the Elder(who states he is too old to fight), and Fae have thick enough blood to assume dragon form. Nergal also refers to the Divine Dragons helping Athos in their last battle in the Japanese version of FE7. Emperor Hardin (talk) 22:45, 29 November 2015 (UTC)

Liza in Shadow Dragon NES

Liza is indeed mentioned in Fire Emblem 1. It was Morzas(Moses in Japan and fan translations, likely changed to be unoffensive), not Gharnef who killed her. He mentions killing her in his opening speech to taunt Marth, its said she was one of many killed by him during his tenure as overseer of Altea. Emperor Hardin (talk) 23:51, 9 December 2015 (UTC)

Crap, you're right. I don't know why I thought it was Gharnef, sorry >.> L95 (talk) 00:56, 10 December 2015 (UTC)
No problem, here's a basic timeline to help.
  • Grust/Dolhr Alliance conquers Altea.
  • Camus is appointed Overseer of it, he's harsh, but fair.
  • Camus gets in trouble for helping Nyna, while his subordinates such as Hollstadt stay, Camus is relieved of command. Morzas is put into to replace him.
  • Morzas is super cruel, and gets alot of people killed of petty reasons, one of them being Liza who Morzas kills in person.
Also I think it would've been nice if Morzas shows up in Shadow Dragon's prologue. The intro of Star and Savior says Marth, and Morzas have met before(Once again the dreaded Morzas appears before Marth), so the prologue could've been a good opportunity. Ah well, can't have everything, huh? Emperor Hardin (talk) 01:07, 10 December 2015 (UTC)

Your edit on Dragonstones.

http://fireemblemwiki.org/w/index.php?title=Dragonstone&oldid=62300

I changed up the part about Divine Dragons being the only kind able to use Dragonstones outside of their tribe. Bantu can indeed use Icestone, Wyvernstone, and Magestone in Shadow Dragon, and New Mystery. The only stones to be locked are the Earthstone, and Divinestone, which only their tribe members can use. Before you ask, testing it, Medeus can indeed use the Earthstone in the Manakete class in Shadow Dragon. Emperor Hardin (talk) 04:45, 10 March 2016 (UTC)

Your profile is amazing.

What you've done with it is so awesome, "Lindsy"! When I'm able to create pages, can you help me with mine? -- that girl (talk) 05:33, 30 March 2016 (UTC)

Sure, it's pretty easy. Just let me know when you're ready to put it together. L95 (talk) 15:12, 30 March 2016 (UTC)

TMSFE box

Is there a version that doesn't have the odd transparency on the artwork? PikaSamus (talk) 21:41, 9 April 2016 (UTC)

And where?

You removed my text. You should've putted the sentence elsewehre on the article. I personaly think this sentences should be on the article because it informs the reader how to avoid being instantly killed. I accept your decision anyway. And I need some introductions... are there any MoS pages to read? Seliph (talk) 00:09, 3 June 2016 (UTC)
