Shield Pulse (Japanese: 盾の鼓動 Shield Beating) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the Shield Pulse 1, Shield Pulse 2, and Shield Pulse 3 in order from lowest to highest. Shield reduces its user's special cooldown count if their special skill activates when they are attacked (such as Pavise, Aegis, or Miracle); tiers 2 and 3 also reduce the damage they take when the special activates, and tier 3 increases the special cooldown reduction.
