New War Axe

New War Axe (Japanese: 戦神の戦斧 War god's battleaxe) is a weapon skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the young variation of Lissa. When its user is near an ally, New War Axe boosts its user's stats based on the foe's attack, neutralizes effects increasing the foe's or reducing the user's special cooldown charges, mitigates Deep Wounds, reduces the damage of the foe's follow-up attacks, and either boosts the damage the user deals or heals them when they trigger their special.
