Mana Herbs are a provision item that debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The Mana Herbs are a provision with intermediate healing effects, restoring 20 HP to whomever consumes it. They may alternatively be offered up at a Mila Shrine to restore the fatigue of the party offering it by 10 points.
