The Maid (Japanese: メイド Maid) is an advanced class debuting in Fire Emblem Fates. It is exclusive to female units, with the male equivalent being Butler. Units may promote to this class from the Troubadour class; Troubadours may alternatively promote to Strategist. Maids may wield staves and daggers, the latter being a new weapon type introduced in Fates.
