Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade

A Fell Contract (闇の誓約書) is a promotion item that allows thieves who have reached level 10 or higher to promote. It only appears in Blazing Sword, in which a thief can become an assassin; in its predecessor The Binding Blade thieves could not change class, and in its successor The Sacred Stones, thieves use Ocean Seals to promote.
