The Blue Cheese (Japanese: 青カビチーズ Blue mold cheese) is a provision item that debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The Blue Cheese is a provision with advanced healing effects, restoring 10 HP and 20 fatigue to whomever consumes it. It may alternatively be offered up at a Mila Shrine to restore all fatigue of the party offering it.
It later returned in Fire Emblem: Three Houses as a ★★★★ ranked monastery item. Offering this item to Raphael, Manuela, Catherine, Balthus or Anna during a Free Day in the Monastery will give twice the amount of support points with the character than normal and if the unit is already recruited, it will also give twice the amount of movitation than normal.
