Deluge Dance is a two-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Deluge Dance 1 and Deluge Dance 2, in order from lowest to highest. Units with a Deluge Dance skill will, when dancing or singing for another unit, also grant that unit a temporary boost to their Speed and Resistance; the stat boost granted increases with the skill's tier.
