The Pegasus Cheese (Japanese: 聖獣のチーズ Sacred Animal's Cheese) is a provision item that debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The Pegasus Cheese is a unique provision with advanced fatigue recovery effect, restoring 40 fatigue points to whomever consumes it, and also serves as Shadows of Valentia's analog to the Speedwing and the Thracia 776 version of the Speed Ring in that it also permanently increases the Speed of whomever consumes it by 2 points.

In-game, it is stated to have come from a pegasus.[1]

Pegasus Cheese

In Greek mythology, Pegasus is a sacred winged stallion. In the Fire Emblem series, classes mounted on pegasi are typically known for their high speed, which the item's name presumably references, given its speed-boosting effect.
