Wine is a provision item that debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. It may be offered up at a Mila Shrine to restore the fatigue of the party offering it by 10 points and restore the uses of Mila's Turnwheel.
It has unused functionality in that could, at some point in development, only be used by characters twenty years of age or older. In the final release in all versions of the game it cannot be consumed by any unit. If it were to be used by a unit it would have restored 10 HP.
